My approach integrates in-depth research and insights into talent, leadership, and performance, complemented by robust psychometric tools to assess leadership styles and values.

I am an Executive Search Consultant and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Professional Executive Coach Certified (PCEC) by Henley Business School. I am also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and accredited to work with the Hogan Leadership Assessment System. Additionally, I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and MSc in Organisational Management and Human Resources

Fluent in both English and Polish, I partner with FTSE 500 clients to deliver executive search and selection projects for strategic leadership roles, including European Directors, Country Managers, General Managers, and Plant Managers across Europe and Emerging Markets.

My coaching expertise enhances my executive search services by offering integration and onboarding coaching for new hires. This ensures they establish themselves effectively in their roles, align with organizational goals, and connect with their teams and stakeholders.
