Welcome to my executive talent consulting services. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in recruiting and developing executive talent. My approach integrates in-depth research and insights into talent, leadership, and performance, complemented by robust psychometric tools to assess leadership styles and values.

I am an Executive Search Consultant and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Professional Executive Coach Certified (PCEC) by Henley Business School. I am also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and accredited to work with the Hogan Leadership Assessment System. Additionally, I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and MSc in Organisational Management and Human Resources
