LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

My assessment process does not just explore a candidate’s competencies, career path and achievements. I build a thorough understanding of their strengths, the risks of derailment, motivation and values. Also, how they will fit into my client company's culture and drive performance through others.  

I am an experienced assessor and interviewer who has been trained to make evidence based decision and avoid selection biases.  I design selection processes based on the client’s requirements, strategy and culture.  I seek to understand existing high performers from my clients and what has made them successful. I will then assess and select candidates based on their talents and their fit with the company.

I also enhance the process by application of Hogan Assessment Systems to measure personality characteristics, career or leadership derailers, core values and drivers.

Also, as an experienced strengths coach I believe that people should build on their natural talent to be successful and that there are different ways of achieving the same results. My assessment process will explore the potential of candidates and what environment is needed for them to thrive. I look at their inner motivation – what drives them to act and how they deliver. I examine how they think and learn and how they arrive at their decisions, and whether they are linear or strategic thinkers. I also explore how they establish their relationships and influence others; how they deal with conflicts, develop trust and influence others. I explore their leadership style and how they develop and engage others. I explore what they feel passionate about and how they are aligned with the company’s culture.

​My selection process comprises a minimum of three stages, followed by a 360 º structured reference check for the final selected candidate.

After the selection stage, a written report for each shortlisted candidate is prepared and discussed with the client. The report provides insights into the candidate’s strengths and development areas. I always strive to introduce to a shortlist of a minimum three candidates for the role.

I assist my clients and candidates during the offer stage and negotiation process. I also help my clients to bring the new hire on board successfully and help the new hires to become engaged with the role, organization and their team more quickly.
