COACHING MANAGERS
Using Gallup’s strength-based approach and Hogan Assessment Systems, I coach executives and managers to increase self-awareness and development, or to overcome specific challenges, such as conflict, performance, communication, engagement and integration.
There is a major link between employee engagement and key business performance indicators such as customer engagement, profitability, productivity, quality, sales, absenteeism, and safety incidents. According to Gallup research, it is managers who are responsible for at least 70% of the discrepancy in the results of employee engagement. Therefore, development of a manager is a crucial element in developing the company's business results.

Coaching executives and managers I apply my structured and proven approach across the following services:
-
strengths-based coaching with managers – helps managers discover and appreciate their talents and how this relates to their roles. Managers can develop their self-awareness of the core components of leadership: executing, influencing, relationship building and strategic thinking. Managers can learn how to use their talents consciously and consistently to benefit their teams and organisations. I can help managers discover and appreciate the individual talents of their team members and help to maximize the whole team’s strengths. I can also help identify talent gaps in managers and their teams.
-
strengths-based coaching with teams - to help team members to understand their own individual strengths and contributions to the wider team and also how the whole team can use its collective talents to accomplish greater engagement, performance and productivity.
-
powerful partnership coaching – to help two people become more aware and conscious of how they form, develop and maximize their partnership. Great collaboration can be achieved by having awareness and appreciation of each other’s complementary strengths and developing a shared mission, trust acceptance, fairness and good communicating.
